I’m not sure what’s going on here with MultiLotto, but it’s a bit misleading to include so many lotteries that you can’t actually play.

Is MultiLotto Legal and Safe: Licensing and Security

As MultiLotto is not a lottery operator, this means that it does not provide scan tickets to its players. Although we didn’t win, the website says it has already paid out more than $374 million – counting both lottery and casino prizes.

Apart from testing ourselves, we were comfortable betting on the lottery through MultiLotto because of the parameters we tested. For example, the MultiLotto website is properly encrypted with 256-bit GeoTrust SSL.
